Who we are
Connect. Grow. Serve
Our mission is to:
Connect people with God in worship, and with others in fellowship.
Grow in God through His Word and His Spirit.
Serve others by using our gifts and talents within the body of Christ.
Our Pastor
Jeremy and Candace New were called to Princeton in 2017 and immediately saw the potential for a dynamic and diverse church in this growing community.
Jeremy has a love for people that is tangible and impactful. He lives by the motto, “There are no strangers, only friends I haven’t met yet”, and consistently exercises a desire to train and grow leaders. Candace has varied ministry and administrative experience with a passion for Music.
These combined traits have helped them effectively reach the community.
Our Beliefs
-
We believe in one God who is the creator and sustainer of all things. He has revealed Himself to mankind as the Father in creation, the Son in redemption, and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit) in the New Testament Church. /Duet. 6:4; 1 Tim 3:16
-
The Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God. It provides everything we need to know about God and serving him. There is no salvation in anything written outside of its pages. /2 Tim 3:16
-
We believe that because of the original sin of Adam and Eve, all of humanity is in a fallen state and in need of salvation as set forth in the Word of God. /Romans 3:23; 6:23
The gospel is the good news that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again. We obey the gospel and are saved by repenting of our sins (death), water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ (burial), and the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial sign of speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance (resurrection). /John 3:5; Acts 2:38; Acts 2:4
-
We believe that God is holy and that he desires each of his children to practice a lifestyle of biblical holiness. God has called us “out” of the world and “into” a life of service to him. In this, our lives are a testament to his saving power. / Romans 6:19; 2 Corinthians 7:1; Ephesians 4:24; Hebrews 12:14; 1 Peter 1:15,16
-
We believe the Church is the body of Christ on Earth. God has called us to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations, with love, mercy, and compassion.
God has gifted his Church with a diversity of physical and spiritual gifts. We believe in the manifestation of those gifts, including divine healing, deliverance, miracles, and signs, as part of our walk with God.
We believe the diversity of the Church should mirror what heaven will be like: people from every tribe, tongue, and nation gathered together in worship around God’s throne. / Acts 1:8; Revelation 7:9
